An entrepreneur with years of experience building and operating successful businesses, Ricky brings a strong background in leadership, customer service, operations, and business development to the transportation industry. After founding Southern Premier Roofing in 2018 and growing it into an established Georgia-based company, Ricky launched Southern Premier Logistics with the goal of building a dependable transportation company centered around communication, professionalism, safety, and reliability. Ricky believes that great logistics is about more than simply moving freight from one location to another — it is about building relationships, keeping commitments, communicating throughout the process, and making sure every customer knows their shipment is being handled with care. As Southern Premier Logistics continues to grow, Ricky remains focused on creating a company that customers, brokers, drivers, and business partners can depend on for the long term.

Who They Are

Alma is a 28-year-old wife and proud mom of two beautiful girls, and the positive, dependable presence behind the office side of Southern Premier Logistics. With strong communication skills and a genuine passion for connecting with people, she makes sure drivers, customers, and brokers always have accurate, up-to-date information on every shipment. She loves learning, growing, and taking on new challenges — and outside of work, her family is her biggest priority. You'll often find her making memories with her husband and daughters, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling to new places together.

Meet Almir Ponjevic, a 37-year-old professional driver with Southern Premier Logistics, a dedicated family man, and a proud father of three amazing boys. Behind every mile he drives is a strong motivation: his beautiful wife, who dedicates herself to their family, and their three incredible sons, who inspire him to give his best every day. Almir takes pride in being a people person with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to professionalism, reliability, and building lasting relationships. He believes that great communication, hard work, and treating people with respect are the keys to success. When he's not behind the wheel, his favorite hobby is spending quality time with his wife and boys — making memories, enjoying life, and appreciating the little things that matter most. His family is his motivation, his work is his commitment, and every mile is an opportunity to make a difference.
